Today, we would like to introduce another of our signature dishes, Furano Wagyu Yakisuki, which we introduced the other day.
Like dashi shabu, this dish uses thinly sliced marbled beef from Furano Wagyu.
After being dipped in our homemade sauce and grilled to rare, it is marinated in the yolk of a "fafi egg" produced in Ebetsu, Hokkaido, and served with "Yumepirika" produced in Hokkaido.
The melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef, the aroma of the well-combined wariage and the rich egg yolk fill your mouth with this dish.
