Our restaurant, Furano Wagyu Yoshiushi, is the only restaurant in Hokkaido directly managed by a Furano Wagyu beef producer.
The tenderness of Furano Wagyu beef and the sweetness of its fat are the result of careful attention to the environment in which the cattle are raised and fed.
We use only A5 ranked Wagyu beef, so you can directly feel the beauty of the marbling and the refined meatiness of the lean meat.
